If you want to see the real England but fancy doing it – or most of it at least – without a guide then this is the option for you. There are a fantastic number of potential activities, sights and sites to chose from. We’ll help you organise your tour so that you get the very most out of every last minute of your visit.
The basic unaccompanied tour package
Our service here includes tailoring your tour – you will get a plan that includes all the details you need regarding your tour and entry to sites, such as maps and addresses, opening hours, prices, links to websites, important notes, points of interest and so on. It will also include recommendations for restaurants, coordination and advance reservations (lodging, cars, restaurants, entrance to sites, etc) and my availability by phone during your tour. Also note that the price does not include transport, including any and all car journeys with the guide.
Very often guests come for two or three days, sometimes a week. Please see prices below for discounted prices for longer trips.
Part-accompanied tours
You can choose to be escorted for certain parts of your tour in the way that suits you. I am delighted to accompany you to places that only local people know, and explain points of interest, guide you and, of course, enjoy your company. Note as a local I know many places, stories and histories of the area. Note that the price does not include transport, including any and all car journeys with the guide.
